NEW CLASSES - Starting 3/3/2017 at 5:45 AM (Tuesdays and Fridays).
DESCRIPTION: Our early morning class is tailored for the early-risers. It is also convenient for clients that need a jump-start before going to work, or taking the kids to school, or have early meetings, etc... This class will give you the inspiration you need to kick off your day!
You will work on the Reformer, Tower, Pilates Chair and use some other fun props that will strengthen and stretch your entire body. Pre-registration is required. COMMITMENT: Minimum suggested is 2 times/week (12 sessions in 6 weeks).
DESCRIPTION: "Booty Camp" is a special 6-week circuit training series. In each 45-minute session you'll do intensive cardio and pilates exercises on the mat and various pilates equipment as well as pilates jumpboard and cardiovascular exercises. We'll set up stations for each circuit, rotating through them for 60-seconds each before moving on to the next station. This kind of circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and fat burning. Studies show that circuit training helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet. Booty Camp is a full body conditioning program, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.
